Unemployment Insurance System Improvement:

The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Unemployment Insurance programs provide unemployment benefits to eligible workers who become unemployed through no fault of their own, and meet certain other eligibility requirements. The UISIM (Unemployment Insurance System Improvement) project involves development and improvement of applications required to accomplish goals of NYSDOL i.e. to protect workers, assist the unemployed and connect job seekers to jobs.

Break Thru Cúram Solution, Australia:

Break Thru is a NGO in Australia committed to empowering people to create their own futures. The organization enables thousands of people every year to address mental health, employment, disability, homelessness and training needs through the provision of high quality person-centric programs. IBM provided first of a kind cloud based services using Cúram software package as SaaS (Software as a Service) in Australia.

Roles / Responsibilities:

·               I led the team who was responsible for customization and configuration of various Cúram modules (Intake, Case Management, Participant Management, Outcome Management, Provider Management and Financial Management) for making NGO Base solution.

·               I was responsible for all build and continuous integration related activities e.g. handling of build engines and build server, build package creation, automatic deployment etc.

·               I was responsible for making content and exercises for Cúram boot camps that allows developers and business analysts to gain understanding of Cúram product and its features.

Customer Information System (CIS):

The DWP Customer Information System (CIS) provides a repository of customers and relationship details (Including customers, addresses, awards, relationships, Business Interests, Payments, and National Insurance Numbers records). The CIS application is highly integrated with many systems accessing (using webservices, batch) CIS data requesting various types of requests.

Nav Canada is a private, non-share capital corporation that owns and operates Canada's air navigation services. Nav Canada provides air traffic control, flight information, weather briefings, aeronautical information services, airport advisory services and electronic aids to navigation. The Flight Billing System project is to generate the billing information for all airline carriers.

SAP, CLARIFY, CRM, NOVA, SIEBEL, IRIS, OL, MDV etc. to complete order processing workflow.

Project Team: Merchant Import (MI) / Catalogue Team (from Nov 2004 to Jul 2005)

As part of Import Team, we capture seller feed (data) and then apply many seller specific/generic rules and put the knowledgeable and converted quality data in date store so that it can be picked for viewing on site. The sellers who want their product to be listed on the NexTag’s site either provide the feed data in the form of various file formats (xml, csv, txt etc.) or request to crawl their site. The import processes runs as scheduled tasks on build servers.

As part of Catalogue Team, We develop / enhance various content tools that are used by content management team. The tool includes are Duplicate Finder Tool, Category Mapping Tool, Manufacturer Mapping Tool, Reclassification Tool, Specification Tool, Performance Reports etc.

The Technology Demonstration Services develop, maintain and administer demo systems (demos for Oracle products/applications e.g. Database, Applications Server, Collaboration Suite, etc.) for sales consultants to show to customers. Demos run on central hosted systems accessible over the Internet from outside the Oracle firewall. This allows sales consultants to show demos to potential customers at the customer’s office.

e-Marketing is a suite of applications used by the Oracle Marketing community. The main objective of the group is to develop marketing related applications to market/advertise/promote Oracle’s products/services and to collect responses of all the users (prospects) for all marketing activities (Campaigns, Events, Seminars, Mail etc). Marketing and Sales representatives use this data / information to increase Oracle sales.

Dialogue Marketing: Dialogue Marketing allows a campaign manager to engage prospects in a stream of questions based on their profile information and survey response. Thus, Marketers can produce more qualified, well-developed leads for iSD (Internet Sales Division) by leading the customers through the lead funnel.

Recommendation Portlet: Recommendation Portlet provides personalized recommendations, offers, and campaigns to Oracle.com visitors based on their navigation on the site. It is highly interactive and pushes relevant content to individual visitors - delivering on the ideas of one-to-one marketing.

Partner Marketing Network (PMN) Application: Partner Marketing Network allows Oracle Partners (Sun, Compaq etc.) to create, manage, deploy and track their Marketing Programs or Campaigns. The main objective behind PMN is to expand partner’s marketing capabilities through access of marketing resources (tools, skills).

Oracle Marketing Online (OMO) Reporting: Oracle Marketing Online (OMO) automates the entire marketing management process from budgeting, collateral management, list creation and campaign execution to analysis. OMO is one of the components of Oracle e-business suite and it is tightly integrated with other applications in Oracle e-business suite.
